My goal is to meet each client where they are and work collaboratively to reach their goals and become the people Christ created them to be. I truly believe that clients are the experts in their own lives, and I hope to come alongside and offer new perspectives. In doing so, we will work together to find a place of healing and growth. Starting the therapeutic journey can be daunting at first, but my hope is that throughout our time together each client gains a new sense of self-empowerment and hope for the future.

I earned my BA in Psychology from the University of Iowa in 2022.  After undergrad I decided to pursue the gifts God had given me and enrolled in the University of Iowa Master of Social Work program with a specialization in clinical practice. During my first year in graduate school I worked as a school social work intern in the Des Moines metro area providing brief counseling and mental health referrals to students in the district. Upon graduation in May of 2025 I will take my exam to earn my master of social work degree and become a licensed clinician.

Outside of work and school, some of my favorite hobbies include running, scouring Pinterest for new cooking recipes, reading , and finding movies that peak my interest in cinematography. I am newly married and together my husband and I enjoy the going to the farmers market, finding our new favorite restaurants, and traveling. Additionally, the Lord has blessed me with wonderful friends and family whom I love spending time with.
