What is MAP?
MAP is a partnership program like an employee assistance program that is designed for churches, non-profits, and organizations. A MAP connects participants to tailored health resources that can address their personal needs, such as emotional/mental health, marital or family issues, wellness programs and more.
The MAP Mission
MAP offers a unique wellness experience for churches, non-profits, and organizations by providing access to professional mental health and wellness counseling. We believe these resources will equip and empower them to meet the growing need for mental health and wellness in their communities.
Membership Fees
We provide 3 tiers of yearly membership* for your organization starting at $500. The membership fees cover the administration and coordination costs associated with implementing the MAP services. Additional tiers are available ranging from $1500-$2500 per year and include choice of training sessions and a seminar by Dr. Don Gilbert.
Tier 1: $500 - Covers administrative and coordination costs for the year
Tier 2: $1500 - Includes your choice of 2 one-hour trainings.
Tier 3: $2500 - Includes your choice of 2 one-hour trainings and a 4-5 hour seminar by Dr. Don Gilbert.
*These membership fees do not cover the cost of counseling services. All trainings and seminars are tailored to the needs of your organization. Additional trainings can be added on at any time.

A Customized Experience
Our MAP is designed to be fully customized. Your organization's needs are unique and your MAP can be built to serve those needs.
A Personal Liaison
A New Life Counseling Staff member will be appointed to your organization to assist with implementation, coordination of services, and address any concerns that may arise.
Professional Presentations & Trainings
Presentations and trainings are offered at a reduced cost to MAP members. Groups, classes, seminars, workshops, and trainings are tailored to your organization's needs.
A Variety of Services & Specialties
Our Professional staff includes clinicians who are trained in the fields of psychology, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, addiction, and nutrition & wellness counseling. We are able to offer a unique blend of services to meet the needs of your organization.
Rates
MAP pays for services administered through New Life Counseling. Eligible services can be billed through insurance prior to utilizing MAP monies. Rates and fees correlate to the clinician's level of experience and training.
Level 1: $0-$80/hr
Level 2: $100-$120/hr
Level 3: $130-$150/hr
Level 4: $150-$170/hr
Considerations when creating your MAP
- Establish a contact person from your organization to coordinate and facilitate the MAP.
- Determine how you want to allocate your budget. You can designate a set number of sessions or a dollar amount available per client.
- Counseling services can be billed through insurance prior to utilizing MAP monies.
- All treatment services are HIPAA compliant and confidential.
- New Life carries liability insurance so there is no need for the church to carry additional insurance.
