Elizabeth Rohde, MA, LMHC
Sometimes life can feel particularly challenging. My goal as a therapist is to help you gain tools to navigate those challenges and to experience God's grace and healing.
I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Central College and went on to receive my Master of Arts in Community Counseling at Denver Seminary. I spend much of my time taking care of our four girls, homeschooling part-time, and enjoy attending and serving at Cornerstone Church of Ames.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Iowa and have been working with women, children, and families since 2010. I specialize in working with behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, individuals with special needs, and have a special interest in the relationship between gut health and mental health. I love working with children, parents and families as a whole to help restore family systems using a Biblical counseling model. Through my counseling experience, I have been repeatedly blessed by the relationships I have developed with clients as we work together to achieve their goals. I look forward to walking with you on your journey.
