Linda is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for supporting others on their health and wellness journey. She takes a balanced approach, focusing on nutrition, movement, sleep, and overall well-being for the mind, body, and spirit. With a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Iowa State University and a Bible and Doctrine Diploma from Global University, she provides individual consultations, group presentations, and wellness support, particularly for those in ministry. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, outdoor adventures, and a good book—especially when paired with chocolate!
