Christian counseling, also known as Biblical counseling and Christian psychology is a unique way of integrating your faith and Biblical beliefs, with the principles of psychology to improve not only your mental health but also your relationships. Scripture, prayer, and Biblical teachings are used to help you understand life's challenges and ways to deal with them that not only strengthen your faith and relationship with your Creator but they also help you with your perspective of the world. The ultimate goal of a Christian counselor is to help you identify behaviors that are inconsistent with God's teachings and your morals and values. Christian counselors believe that the Bible is the ultimate guide and authority on guiding people to live, think, and behave.

Christian Personal Growth

Christian personal growth is the process of allowing God and His principles to guide you in the pursuits of personal growth through self-awareness, knowledge, improvement of personal skills and the development of others. Our Christian counselors can help you with this Biblical-based personal growth journey.

Spiritual Direction

A few of our counselors also have ministry experience and are able to offer spiritual direction in the scope of your therapy. The counselor can help you recognize God’s presence in the story of your life, discern what God is speaking to you, pray with you, and encourage deeper relationship with God.
