Mood & Personality Counseling

Mood & Anxiety

Everyone reacts differently when faced with high-stress situations. Anxiety is often the result of poor stress management and can cause our fight or flight response to kick in. It is important to know that anxiety serves a purpose, and it is manageable when we understand that purpose.nnManaging symptoms of mental health conditions like ADHD, codependency, anxiety, depression, or various personality disorders can be challenging, especially for clients who have prolonged conditions or who are new at managing their mental health. A major component of mental health is promoting wellness in your day-to-day life. Positive wellness includes learning emotion regulation and how it relates to vulnerability and resilience to anxiety and mood disorders.
