Optimal well being is not a destination but a journey that builds lifelong healthy habits that honor your unique needs so you can be your best in each season of life. These sessions are designed to provide you with guiding principles to help you navigate your health and wellness journey step-by-step. This year, ditch quick fixes and diets and try a new way to health and wellness.
Session 1 – New Year – New Way Begins with a New Perspective on Wellness
January 10, 2024 at 12pm
Develop a more balanced approach to health and wellness by becoming aware of common beliefs that are keeping you/us stuck.
Session 2 – New Year – New Way – Nourish Your Body
January 17, 2024 at 12pm
Move from restriction and develop a healthy relationship with food that nourishes and supports your body. Discover guiding principles that get back to the basics of nourishing your body with food.
Session 3 – New Year – New Way – Movement and Rest
January 24, 2024 at 12pm
When it comes to wellness, movement and rest are just as important as nutrition. Take a deeper look into what it means to move well and rest well.
This class will take place online and last approximatly 45 min with an addtional 15 min Q&A time. After registration you will receive a zoom link to the class by email. We will also record the class and send you a copy by email after the session is complete.
BONUS: If you register for all three sessions before December 30, 2023 you will receive a free 30 minute consultation with our dietitian.
