Insurance & Self Pay Fees

New Life Counseling is a Blue Cross Blue Shield preferred provider; some of our counselors also accept some forms of United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna. We do not accept Medicaid/Medicare, Title 19, or any form of state insurance.

Session times are scheduled in advance and are typically 45-55 minutes in length. Depending on the level of your counselor's credentials, our fees range from $100-$160 for self pay. We provide a sliding fee for sessions with our interns- please contact us to discuss the sliding scale fee. (Read more about self pay fees here.)

Counseling services can be paid for privately, but are often covered by insurance. Clients are responsible for contacting their personal insurance company to confirm mental health benefits before attending their first session, and are responsible for any insurance co-pays and/or deductibles.

Payments are due at time of service; we ask that you bring your payment and Insurance card to your first session. Please contact one of our staff if you have questions about this process.
