Healthy for the Holidays is for anyone who wants to find balance in enjoying the holiday season and still being healthy physically, emotionally, and mentally. This class will offer nutrition tips for navigating holiday food and gatherings without guilt or shame, strategies for dealing with holiday stress, maintaining your sleep routine, and keep you moving happy and healthy into 2022.



This is a first come first serve group. Please use the registration form to reserve your spot. This group is FREE . No childcare will be provided. 

Linda is a wife and mother with a lifelong passion to help people find healing and balance by caring for the whole person in mind, body, & spirit. She uses a balanced approach to health and wellness, focusing on nutrition, movement, sleep, and connecting you with other appropriate health resources.  In addition to being a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, she also has a Bible and Doctrine Diploma. She desires to meet clients where they are at and walk alongside them in their journey using Biblical truths and and scientific principles as a guide for wellness. With empathy and understanding she recognizes the courage needed to take the first step in caring for yourself and start your own health and wellness journey.
